1. Zero Payment Collection Policy
KollegeApply does NOT collect any payment from students, parents, or users under any circumstance.
We strictly do not ask for:
- Application or registration fees
- Form-filling charges
- Admission-related payments
- Processing or service charges
- Any kind of monetary deposit
All payments—if applicable—are made only on the official website of the respective college/university.
2. No Refund Applicable
Since KollegeApply does not collect or process any payments, we do not offer refunds.
- No refund requests can be initiated with KollegeApply.
- No grievance related to payment can be handled by KollegeApply.
Any refund-related concern must be addressed directly with the respective institution.
3. Our Role & Limitations
KollegeApply functions purely as an information, guidance, and marketing partner.
We:
- Provide verified details about colleges and courses
- Connect users with official admissions teams
- Assist with basic counseling
We do NOT decide admissions and do NOT guarantee admission to any institution.
4. Payments Made to Colleges/Universities
Any payment made on an official college portal is strictly between:
- You (the applicant) and
- The respective college/university
KollegeApply is not involved in or responsible for:
- Payment disputes
- Refund processing
- Transaction failures
- Chargebacks
5. No Authorized Fee Collectors
KollegeApply does not authorize any employee, counselor, agent, or third party to collect money on our behalf.
If anyone asks for payment in the name of KollegeApply:
- Do not pay.
- Report immediately to contact@kollegeapply.com
6. Transparency & Compliance
We follow strict transparency guidelines and comply with applicable advertising standards, including Google Ads policies.
This includes:
- Clear disclosure of our non-financial role
- No misleading claims
- No imitation of official college websites
- No fee collection or financial handling
By using our platform, you acknowledge that all payments are made directly to colleges/universities and never to KollegeApply.
